Microsoft has revealed it will release a series of web films for Alan Wake in the run up to the game's release.
According to tweets by Xbox community manager Graeme Boyd, the Bright Falls films will help to set up the storyline for the game, due for release in Europe on 14 May. 
The films are set to hit Xbox LIVE first, at the end of next week, and will appear on BrightFalls.com shortly thereafter.
Is Microsoft following Ubi's lead here? The publisher's Assassin's Creed II Lineage films proved incredibly popular and it intends to do the same in the run up to the release of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
