DC Universe: New Art/Payment Options Revealed?

Fans of the upcoming superhero MMO, DC Universe, have uncovered what appears to be concept art for the game's official fansite.

The images shown below, which surfaced on dcusource,  may also confirm that DCU will operate on a subscription basis rather than free to play, thanks to an icon that offers a free 14 day trial. However, there's no official word on this yet, or information on whether the images are old, new or fabricated.

Still, they look pretty sweet. I'm sure fans won't be disappointed if this turns out to be the real thing.
