More Alan Wake This Year

Remedy has revealed that we can expect more than just Alan Wake this year.

Remedy MD Matias Myllyrinne told Joystiq that the game, which is structured as a series of episodes (all of which are included in the game box, fear not) may see future seasons as well as further episodes as DLC this year.

"I think it'll depend a lot on the audience, but certainly we want to - if we're successful - we want to do a large 'Season 2,' if you will, at some point," said Myllyrinne. "Right now, I'm not allowed to say what we're doing exactly this year. But we're going to have more than one episode come out this year."

Alan WakeSeems like "more than one episode" is what you should be focusing on if you're an Alan Wake fan. We wonder if this ties into what Alan Wake creator Sam Lake told us when he said that the story "will reach a conclusion," as well as opening "doors to something bigger at the same time."

Alan Wake is due out on Xbox 360 on 21 May. New screens came out earlier today, showing off some men, and a rocking horse, and all sorts of other stuff that will probably make sense in context. Have a look.
