A demo for Splinter Cell: Conviction will hit Xbox LIVE on 18 March.
According to Inside Xbox, the demo will contain two sections, opening with the bathroom interrogation that we've seen a few times in the past before jumping ahead to a later level to show off another layer of the story as well as abilities like the Mark and Execute features.

Splinter Cell: Conviction is due out on PC and Xbox 360 on 16 April.
