BioWare has released another nugget of information on the upcoming MMO Star Wars: The Old Republic, this time about the planet of Taris.
Taris was famously destroyed in Knights of the Old Republic by Malak in an attempt to kill Bastila Shan, so players will get a chance to see how the planet looks now, 300 years later.
In the video, seen below, developers talk about bringing the ruins back to life for SW:TOR, while retaining the original Taris feel. The Republic is keen to recolonise the planet, whereas the Empire wants it to remain barren, a reminder of their power in the galaxy.
Just like in the KOTOR, players' decisions will have an impact on the planet of Taris, choices have an actual impact in-game. Watch the video to find out more.
