Warner Bros has stated that it hopes Rocksteady Studios will work on Warner's other IPs in the future.
Speaking to VG247, Warner Bros Entertainment UK president Josh Berger said "Going forward, we hope to have them work on other Warner Bros. intellectual properties."
This follows yesterday's announcement that Warner Bros has acquired a majority share in the UK-based Batman: Arkham Asylum developer.
Apparently, Warner has also learned a thing or two from Rocksteady, not least that core gamers have "extremely high standards."
"We have been looking to increase our development capacity and, as a high quality development studio, Rocksteady is a great fit for that strategy," said Berger.
Batman: Arkham Asylum was a massive critical and commercial hit, winning our coveted Best 360 Action/Adventure award for 2009. A sequel is currently in production, but has yet to be dated.
