Nintendo Australia has stated that both Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Metroid: Other M are due this summer.
IGN reports that both titles are due for release between June and August of this year, with Nintendo Australia's Greg Arthurton commenting that the titles are not definitely not holiday releases.
This leaves Nintendo's Christmas a little bare, which has led us to speculate that we might see the new Zelda title around then.
Super Mario Galaxy 2 is the follow-up to splendid Wii platformer Super Mario Galaxy, while Metroid: Other M is being developed in collaboration with Team Ninja, which is causing some excitement around these parts.
