Capcom Employees Want Street Fighter IV PSP

Street Fighter IV product manager Natsuki Shiozawa has expressed her desire to see Street Fighter IV on the PSP.

A recent update on Shiozawa's official Capcom blog (via Examiner) revealed that the Capcom product manager - and plenty of staff at Capcom - want a PSP release of the popular fighting game.

Super Street Fighter IVThis doesn't seem such an outlandish idea if you saw the recent news that Street Fighter IV is due an iPhone release, but there's nothing official yet.

The next major Street Fighter release we're looking forward to is Super Street Fighter IV, due out at the end of April. It's set to improve upon Street Fighter IV with new Ultra combos, plenty of tweaks and fixes, and somewhere in the region of ten new characters. So far, we know that we'll see T. Hawk and Dee Jay from the Street Fighter II, Adon, Cody and Guy from Street Fighter Alpha, and new girl Juri, with Dudley and Ibuki hinted at.

Have a look at some screens and the most recent SSFIV trailer to whet your appetite.
