Crackdown 2 could have seen a whole new game mode, that's according to an interview with Ruffian's James Cope.
Speaking to IncGamers at last week's X10 event, Cope said the team had been working hard to ramp up the content in the game, having identified the first game's flaws.
"We know there were problems with the first game, but we wanted to make it the open-world game we all want to play," said Cope.
Asking Cope if there was anything he wished had made it to the final cut of the game that had been dropped at the last minute, Cope said that there was "a complete game mode, which I can't really talk about, but I wish we could have had that in final game."
Cope didn't clarify if this game mode was within the single player campaign or whether it was an online mode, however he did say it might be something for future iterations of the game.
You can check out our full interview (video and written) with the Ruffian gang later this week.
