Fable III has been confirmed for a holiday release at X10.
If you're not American, that means a Christmas launch for what was described at the event as an "unprecedented action-adventure experience."
Stay tuned for a whole lot more on Fable III. We already have a rough idea of what the action-RPG sequel entails, and we know it's going to support Microsoft's magic future-tech camera Natal, but we're expecting a few videos of in-game action as well as a reveal that's going to make people "super pissed off."
We've been wondering if it'll be tied to the reported change of a long-standing game mechanic, although that's apparently set for the GDC. This hasn't stopped us speculating, mind.
Personally, I think the upsetting reveal will be that Fable III will be an iPhone-exclusive. At this stage, I'm pretty sure that'd make Microsoft super pissed off, at least.
