Grand Theft Auto IV PS3 Multiplayer Event Today

Rockstar is giving PS3 owners the chance to take on the development team in a Grand Theft Auto IV multiplayer event later today.

The event is due to run from 4pm to 7pm Eastern Time today and players simply need to bring up the in-game cellphone and select Games > Team Deathmatch.

As in the recent 360 event, it's doubles only so you'll need to invite a friend to your party and the game will automatically place you in special lobbies with the developers and other participants. 

The following Rockstar PSN IDs will be participating in the event:

• RockstarMulti3 
• RockstarMulti4

Rockstar Social Club members can watch a streaming feed of the event and participate in a live chat  at the Social Club homepage.
