LOTRO: New Content Patch Announced


The next content patch for Turbine's MMO Lord of the Rings Online has been announced, bringing more Middle-earth mayhem to fans of the game.

Volume III: Allies of the King, Book I: Oath of the Rangers sends players back to Dol Guldur to fight in four new skirmishes with the fresh 12-person mode. A new skirmish also takes place in the Depths of Nûrz Ghâshu.

Lord of the Rings OnlineTo help with these new encounters, players will be able to craft items up to level 65, as a bunch of new recipes and powerful products are introduced for jewelers, cooks, weaponsmiths and woodcutters. Farmers are also due to get new crop recipes.
