Dante's Inferno executive producer Jonathan Knight has revealed that the Dark Forest DLC will not, as previously believed, be a PlayStation 3 exclusive.
Speaking to VG247, Knight revealed that the Dark Forest prequel level will be available for both systems, but the Divine Edition of the game on PS3 - previously, the only real mention of the DLC - will be the only version to get the DLC for free.
If you like your literature, you'll probably remember that the Dark Forest was where Dante wandered, lost, until he was rescued by Virgil and began his descent into Hell. We're expecting to be chased by a lion, a leopard, and a she-wolf, although considering the themes of this adaptation of the classical work, there's no telling whether we're right or not.
Dante's Inferno launches on 5 February, and we'll have a review for your soon. For now, check out our most recent preview of the hack-and-slasher.
