The upcoming expansion for City of Heroes Going Rogue sees a number of the game's main characters changing sides and/or personality, including Marcus Cole, usually known as Statesman.

However, in Going Rogue, Marcus Cole is known as Tyrant. In this alternative universe, Cole rose from nothing to take control of the Earth. He saved the planet from nuclear destruction and created a Utopian society, maintained purely by his will of iron. He has ruled Earth for the last 25 years, and in this world is known as Tyrant, with good reason. He is admired and feared in equal quantities.
