Turbine has announced former LotRO players may log back into the game for free from now until 25 January.
Anyone with an existing LotRO account who has let it lapse can log in free of charge during this time, and also get a 5% XP bonus, as well as free travel from all stable masters.
Anyone who's been absent from the game for a while might want to log in to check out the recent additions, which includes the new Skirmish system which offers endless action for single players or groups of three, six or twelve, transporting them instantly from anywhere in Middle-earth.
