Heavy Rain Demo Dated

Sony has revealed that a Heavy Rain demo should hit the PlayStation Store on 11 February.

In the comments section of the European PlayStation Blog's most recent store update, Sony's Mike Kebby responded to a question about a Heavy Rain demo in the affirmative.

"Heavy Rain demo should be on the store on the 11th of Feb," he wrote, adding a smiley.

A smiley is understandable, because Heavy Rain is looking phenomenal. Check out Andy's fantastic preview of the title to see what we make of it so far, and have a look at the latest news. Last we heard, some of the DLC will let you play as the Origami Killer, which tickles my particular fancy.

The Heavy Rain demo is due around 11 February, if all goes to plan. We'll let you know if anything changes, but for now, mark your calendars: you're going to want to try this.

Heavy Rain is due out in Europe on 24 February, with the UK and Ireland getting it on 26 February.
