Mass Effect 2 DLC Day One?

There are reports via Norwegian newspaper DagBladet that EA will release DLC for the the highly anticipated RPG shooter on or around the day of release.

According to the article the DLC could include armor and weapons an unlockable planet,  an in-game store for unlocking DLC called "Cerberus Network and a new ally by the name of Zaeed Messani, the bounty hunter.

Since the story was spotted by Joystiq, the article on the DagBladet site has been pulled. This leads us to believe there could be some truth in the article but we'll just have to wait and see what happens on release day. Until then we'll plug on with playing the game and get our review ready for your reading pleasure.
