Jack Wall Signs Up For Mass Effect 2

EA and Bioware have announced Jack Wall will return to compose the soundtrack to the Mass Effect sequel.

The second part of the epic sci-fi trilogy will feature almost three hours of orchestral arrangements, featuring “a symphony of sounds that spur the game’s intense action and dramatic storytelling.”

Wall was also responsible for the soundtrack in the first game.

General Screenshot“We are thrilled to again be collaborating with Jack Wall, this time on Mass Effect 2,” said Dr. Ray Muzyka, BioWare co-founder.

“Jack did an outstanding job with the original game and has a firm grasp for our vision of the trilogy. His score for Mass Effect 2 perfectly blends classic sci-fi inspired sounds with unique arrangements to achieve an emotionally charged complement to the dramatic, action-packed gameplay.”

When he’s not composing soundtracks, Wall teams up with Tommy Tallarico to perform the Video Games Live shows, find out more here.
