Sony and Polyphony Digital have unveiled the box art for their long-awaited racing sim Gran Turismo 5.
The cover star is the car many motoring journalists are hailing as the best of the year, the Mercedes SLS AMG. The SLS AMG not only looks stunning as you can see from the screens below, it also packs a punch with a 6.2 litre V8 capable of 0-60 in 3.8 seconds and a top speed approaching 200 mph. Much like my Nissan Micra.
In other GT5 news this week, it has also been confirmed that Indy Cars (from the IRL) will feature in the upcoming racer as well as weather and night racing on all tracks.
