Steam Offers Up To 80% Off Games In Sale

In a massive winter sale, Steam is offering dozens of games at knocked-down prices, up to 80 per cent off in some cases, from now until 3 January.

In addition to the sale, a number of daily deals are under way. Today's offerings are Grand Theft Auto IV for £4.99 GBP, S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl for £1.30 GBP, Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising is half price at £14.99 GBP and Mirror's Edge can be snapped up for £3.29 GBP.

There are also several publisher pack deals such as the Eidos offer which includes no fewer than 20 titles such as Batman: Arkham Asylum, Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, Hitman: Blood Money, Infernal, Kane & Lynch: Dead Men, Thief: Deadly Shadows, Tomb Raider: Legend and much much more, for the staggering price of only £35.49 GBP.

If you have any cash left after the Christmas shopping, it might be worth taking a look at all the deals over at Steam.
