Infinity ward has announced the Xbox 360 patch for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will be released today.
IW’s Robert Bowling revealed the news via Twitter stating the update will be available to download from 2 am, although he didn’t specify the time zone.
The patch will sort out the hideously overpowered Akimbo 1887 shotguns as well as fixing the Prestige hack and the "never ending private match."
Now although we love Modern Warfare 2, the glitches and exploits have made the multiplayer game a complete pain in the arse so we’re glad to see IW addressing the issues.
