Capcom has announced Mega Man 10 will arrive on Wiiware, PSN and Xbox LIVE in March 2010.
The classic series will return with another 2D action platformer with “NES-inspired old school graphics.”
Set at an unspecified point in the future, Mega Man 10's story focuses on a mysterious strain of Robot Flu which has resulted in a worldwide robot rampage. Mega Man will have to take care of the robots as well as some fiendish boss characters, with the brains behind the original game, Keiji Inafune, on-board for boss design.
New features include the ability to play as fan-fave Proto Man, an “Easy” mode and a new challenge mode.
