Sony Patents Motion Controller Add-On

Sony has filed a patent for add-ons which could be used in conjunction with its motion controller system, that has yet to be named.

The patent outlines an "Expandable Control Device Via Hardware Attachment" and a drawing shows some kind of accessories or add-ons attached to the controller, which would further improve the response of the controller.

We can expect to see microphone attachments, sport peripherals (much like the Wii we reckon, in the shape of racquets, clubs and the like) as well as other things which we shouldn't really report as they're not real...and not really appropriate.
