Vancouver-based Blue Castle games is looking for talent to work on a new action title for the PS3 and Xbox 360.
According to the ad, posted on GamaSutra, the developer is looking for a lead level designer with five or more years experience in the industry who has shipped at least two games, “one of which must have been open world.”
The ad also cites Halo, Assassin’s Creed and Prince of Persia as influences and that candidates should have their “finger on the pulse of open world and FPS games.“
The third party developer is currently working on Dead Rising for Capcom.
