Mass Effect 2 PC Specs, 'Basic DRM' Revealed

BioWare has revealed the PC specs and DRM for Mass Effect 2.

Mass Effect 2 will let players explore the universe on either Xbox 360 or PC, and it's nice to see that the PC requirements don't require something too stellar. In fact, they look fairly similar to the requirements of the magnificent Dragon Age: Origins.

BioWare also made mention of the DRM we're going to see in Mass Effect 2, stating that it's "a basic disk check" that "will not require online authentication," and that it's "the same method as Dragon Age: Origins."

Mass Effect 2If you're interested in Mass Effect 2 then be sure to check out our new developer interview, with BioWare's Dr. Ray Muzyka and Adrien Cho chiming in on the action-RPG sequel.

Read on for the PC specs.
