Zipper Interactive has announced that it has extended the latest beta period for MAG, its upcoming MMO Shooter.
In the MAG blog, poster Jeremy Dunham informed fans of the extension at the weekend. The beta period was due to end on Friday, but has been prolonged until early this week, apparently due to a high number of requests from players.
“Yes, shooter fans, as clichéd as it may sound, because of your overwhelming requests to extend our beta period, we’ve gone ahead and done it. Originally scheduled to end on November 20, the MAG Beta 4 program will continue on through the weekend and into early next week.”
He goes on to reveal that another beta test is on its way, and that players should check out promotions being set up at several gaming outlets to be in with a chance to take part.
