It looks like screenwriter Kyle Ward, who was due to write the film version of Uncharted, may have been pulled from the project.
It's rumoured that Ward, who is also behind the upcoming film versions of Hitman 2 and Kane & Lynch, will be replaced by Thomas Dean Donnelly and Joshua Oppenheimer. According to Latino Review, the pair, who are behind the new Conan 
film, are being lined up to step into Ward's shoes. It's said that Sony didn't want to wait around for Ward to finish his other contracts on other projects, mainly Hitman 2.
