Modern Warfare 2 PC Unplayable Until Tomorrow

Infinity Ward has revealed those gamers lucky enough to bag an early copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on PC will not be able to play it until tomorrow.

Following the news that some US retailers have broken the street date for the game, gamers asked Infinity Ward’s Robert Bowling whether they’d be able to play early.

“[I]f you bought a retail copy on PC, you can play it on 11.10.09,” replied Bowling on his Twitter page.

The game utilizes Valve’s Steamworks technology, meaning it will not ‘unlock’ until release day.
