EA’s Army of Two: The 40th Day has been awarded a 15 rating by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC).
According to the official listing, the game was passed with no cuts and was rated 15 due to “frequent moderate violence.”
The sequel to Army of Two sees the first game’s protagonists, Salem and Rios, reunited as they find themselves in Shanghai during the middle of a terrorist attack.
We spoke to the development team at this year’s E3 who described the critical response to the first game as “humbling.” Check out our preview.
Army of Two: The 40th Day is due for release on PS3 and Xbox 360 on 8 January in Europe and 12 January in North America.
