Runes Of Magic: Pumpkin Festival Announced

Frogster has announced that players of its free to play MMO Runes of Magic will be able to take part in the in-game event, the Taborean Pumpkin Festival, from 27 October.

Players should head to the Oblivion Shrine and tackle the tremendously original Pumpkin Monsters and, wait for it, Demon Pumpkins. By using the captured seeds, players can best the Halloween fruit. Based on their performance in the fight, players will be rewarded with currency that can be exchanged for seasonal items such as transformation drinks and companion pets.

There are two rare titles up for grabs too, “Let's Rock! Kaz” and “Kaz Madness” can be earned by fighting the possessed pumpkins until the end of the festival on 10 November.
