Need For Speed: Nitro Dated For UK

EA has announced Need For Speed: Nitro will hit UK store shelves next month.

The arcade racer is set to deliver its own brand of 200mph arcade action to the DS and Wii on 6 November. The game will also sport a fast-paced soundtrack featuring the likes of Placebo, Crystal Method and k-os.

“Our vision was to create something unique on the Nintendo platforms,” said senior producer Joe Booth.

“Need for Speed NITRO combines the franchise’s trademark attitude, sense of speed and addictive gameplay with the approachability and pick up and play of Nintendo.”

EA also released some new screens for Nitro this morning showing off some of the licensed motors in the game, check them out here.
