Uncharted 2 Dev Reveals PSN Cross Game Chat

Naughty Dog may find itself in trouble with Sony after one of the Uncharted 2 devs let slip that cross game chat will be introduced in the next PS3 firmware update.

In a discussion about voice chat in the PlayStation forums, a member of the dev team known as Rekliss Abandon made the comment  with ...err...reckless abandon.

“I think they wanted people to have fun and ejoy the show since all dead players can talk to each other no matter what team you are on,” he wrote.

“But I will suggest it anyway. Not to mention that the next PS3 firmware update is going to allow cross game chat. So if players use that instead of in game communication then they would also be able to communicate enemies positions.”
