Cities XL Released In Europe

CITIES XLMonte Cristo's city builder, Cities XL, goes on sale in the UK and across Europe from today.

The game offers solo mode, where players can build cities from the ground up, with up to 500 buildings to choose from on a variety of different map types. The online mode allows players to interact with friends on planets that can hold up to 10,000 cities. Together, they can build famous landmarks and trade resources while chatting, or maybe building mega-structures that aren't available in the solo mode. This online version is subject to a monthly fee.

Earlier this week Monte Cristo released a multiplayer video, showing some of the features of online play. Check it out on IncGamers TV. You might also want to take a look at our preview to get a better idea of the game, which has an RRP of £29.99 GBP.
