Courtney Love To Sue Activision

Courtney Love is planning to sue Activision over Kurt Cobain's appearance in Guitar Hero 5.

Ah, the joys of the internet giving people a place to voice their feelings. Courtney Love's twitter account has revealed her feelings on Kurt Cobain being in Guitar Hero 5.

"For the record this Guitar Hero shit is breach of contract on a Bullys part and there will be a proper addressing of this and retraction."

She then added, "WE are going to sue the shit out of ACtivision we being the Trust the Estate the LLC the various LLCs Cobain Enterprises."

She also updated it saying she doesn't think Cobain would've liked the Guitar Hero games.

"FOR THE RECORD I DID NOT APPROVE KURTS AVATAR FOR GUYITARHERO5 [sic]. i think Kurt would despise this game alone let alone this avatar".
