Cities XL Demo Available

Monte Cristo has released a playable demo of the upcoming city-building MMO, Cities XL.

The demo allows players to create a city of up to 22,000 citizens, a mere village compared to the cities with millions of inhabitants players can create in the full game. Pick one of the three maps available in the demo to start your metropolis, trade with other players, write in your own city journal and visit Capital City, a small example of what can be made with the game.

The full game offers 25 maps for solo mode and 50 for planet (online) mode. Players can start as many new cities as they like for the duration of the demo. You can download it now from FileFront.
