Import World Tour Songs Into Guitar Hero 5

Guitar Hero 5Neversoft has confirmed Guitar Hero: World Tour owners will be able to import songs from the game into Guitar Hero 5.

Speaking to USA Today, Neversoft’s Brian Bright revealed that from launch, users will be able to import up to 35 tracks from World Tour into  Guitar Hero 5, for a cost of 280 MS Points or $3.50 USD on PSN.

USA Today also confirmed a special deal which offers those who buy GH5 in September a free copy of Guitar Hero: Van Halen (yes, that’s a game entirely dedicated to the music of Van Halen thus confirming God can not exist). Check here for details.

Guitar Hero 5 is out now on PS2, PS3, Wii and Xbox 360 in the US and will follow on 11 September in Europe.
