Jade Raymond is to head up the new Ubisoft studio in Toronto, the company has announced today.
Jade Raymond came into the public eye as the producer of Assassin's Creed over at Ubisoft Montreal and was very much the public figurehead of the game, although we've not seen so much of her since its release.
Apparently, the new studio will be working on "AAA games and new intellectual properties." We imagine we'll hear more about them before long, but we're just wondering whether or not Raymond will be wheeled out as a regular spokesperson again.
You doubtless remember that the Ubisoft Toronto studio is the one which has a massive influx of cash coming from Ontario, of course, and that Assassin's Creed 2 - which Raymond has been working on as executive producer - is getting some lovely collector's editions.
