The rumours that Microsoft will dicontinue the 60GB 360 have been all but confirmed after UK retailer Argos listed the console as "discontinued" on its site.
The recent rumours suggested the 60GB version would be cut with the Xbox Elite coming down in price to an estimated £169.99 GBP.
Now the Argos listing adds wieght to the rumour.
"We are very sorry but Microsoft have discontinued this line" says the company's website.
With GamesCon next week expect some sort of announcement from Microsoft regarding the 360 and maybe even an announcement from rival Sony over the PS3 Slim. Check back next week on IncGamers for all the latest news.
