Marvel Vs Capcom Hits PSN Today

Marvel vs Capcom 2Capcom’s Marvel vs Capcom 2 is due to go live on PlayStation Network today.

The Xbox 360 version of the popular fighter hit Xbox LIVE back in July and will launch on PSN today, at a price of $14.99 USD.

However, for making PS3 users wait for the title, Capcom is offering them a tasty freebie – according to the US PlayStation Blog, the first 15,000 purchasers will receive a free month’s subscription to Marvel Digital Comics.

A limited edition retail version of the game is also available from today at US retailer Gamestop which includes codes for the game and a free month’s membership for Marvel Digital Comics for $14.99 USD.

And there’s more:

“Since I know you all have mixed feelings about the original Jazz soundtrack, we decided to implement in-game XMB music so you can choose what tracks you listen to while executing your 100-hit DHCs on unsuspecting n00bs,” said Capcom’s John Diamonon.
