Senior designer Floyd Grubb has spoken about the upcoming expansion for City of Heroes, Issue 16, in the latest developer diary.
In the diary, Grubb talks about the changes to powersets, allowing each archetype access to at least one more. He also discusses the changes to Electric Armor, Electric Melee and the Dominator set, Earth Assault.
