WoW: Onyxia Re-Vamped For Patch 3.2.2

One of the most popular raid encounters in the original World of Warcarft, Onyxia's Lair, is being revamped in the next content patch 3.2.2 in celebration of WoW's five year anniversary.

Players can look forward to a 10 and 25 man raid for level 80 characters with upgraded encounter mechanics (don't worry, Deep Breath remains), along with a new loot table. The all-important Tier 2 helms will be replaced with gear that's stats match the current level of content. Onyxia will also drop a drake mount modelled after herself.

For a limited time, anyone who logs in around the time of the anniversary in November will also receive an Onyxia Brood Whelpling pet.

Players will be able to see this 'new' raid in action on the Public Test Realms soon. Read more at Worldofwar.net.
