Call Of Duty: World At War Cheap On Steam

Call of Duty: World at WarCall of Duty: World at War is 50% cheaper on Steam for a very limited time.

The fifth Call of Duty game takes players back to World War II, and while there are still European missions, a large part of the focus is on the Pacific campaign. There's four-player co-op, and the multiplayer remains similar to the ludicrously popular online system that debuted in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. You can check out our opinion on it here.

World at War will cost you a mere £14.99 GBP on Steam until tomorrow, Thursday 13 August. Whether or not that's tomorrow morning or tomorrow night, we're not sure, but you'd best act fast if you want it.

If you're on the lookout for cheap deals then Prototype is also reduced in price on Steam until tomorrow, albeit only by 20%. Still, this drops the price from £24.99 GBP to £19.99 GBP, which isn't bad for a game that fun.

Naturally, this happens a few short weeks after I buy it for £34.99 GBP. Grumble grumble grumble.
