Wii Sports Resort has been selling astonishingly well in the two weeks it's been on sale in Europe.
A Nintendo spokesperson, speaking to GamesIndustry.biz, has confirmed that Wii Sports Resort has sold over 600,000 copies in Europe since launching on 24 July.
The Nintendo title packs in the new MotionPlus controller, set to be used in plenty of forthcoming titles including hotly-anticipated Red Steel 2, and has topped the all formats sales charts in the UK for the past two weeks running, and we wouldn't be entirely surprised if it tops them again next week. Check back Monday morning to find out if we're right.
It probably deserves the sales, you know. We thought that Wii Sports Resort was pretty bleedin' entertaining.
