EA Sports' Peter Moore has revealed an expansion is in development for EA Sports Active.
Speaking during last night's earnings call, Moore said an expansion for the fitness game is expected for a Christmas release. Members of the Grand Slam Tennis team are working on the expansion, meaning the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of the tennis title will be delayed.
"Given the success of EA Sports Active, we've decided to launch an expansion pack this holiday," said Moore.
"We are using development resources from our tennis team on our EA Sports Active franchise."
EA Sports Active was one of the best Q1 performers for the company this year, shifting 1.8 million copies, making it the company's best-selling Wii title ever.
