Valve will soon release the SDK for Team Fortress 2's character models and animations.
The SDK will allow modders to alter the appearance and animations of game characters however they see fit. According to Kotaku, Valve has said the update will be released “in the next week or so.”
Valve has already encouraged modders to get creative with the game's maps and environments, releasing an update to the Source SDK back in June.
