It looks like Fallout 3's latest DLC Mothership Zeta will be the final DLC.
While promoting the latest trailer for the DLC pack Bethesda described it as "Fallout 3's final DLC".
Mothership Zeta will see three new alien weapons introduced as well as two new armour suits, and a new area set in an alien spaceship. More details on the content can be found here.

If you've not tried the DLC, then check out reviews of the previous DLC packs, Broken Steel, The Pitt and Operation Anchorage. They seem to have gotten better as they went along, so we have high hopes for Mothership Zeta.
