An Xbox 360 demo for IL-2 will be available on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace this Wednesday.
The demo will feature two single player maps, The Battle of Britain and The Battle of the Bulge.
In the Battle of Britain you will be able to pilot the Mk. II Spitfire and what starts off as a routine mission of taking out a few He-111 German bombers soon develops into a true dogfight.
Players will also get a taste of the wingman feature in the game and will have the chance to land their aircraft on the runway.
The Battle of the Bulge sees you take to the skies in a US Air Force P-51D Mustang as you're tasked with taking out a Tiger tank division.
