DJ Hero To Feature DJ Jazzy Jeff

DJ Jazzy Jeff is the latest DJ to be confirmed for Activision's DJ Hero.

The former Grammy Award winning hip-hop artist will lend his likeness to the game and joins the already confirmed list of Grandmaster Flash, DJ AM and DJ Z-Trip.

Along with lending his likeness the DJ will also produce two exclusive mixes for the game:

• Tears for Fears "Shout" vs. Eric B. & Rakim "Eric B. Is President"
• LL Cool J "Rock the Bells" vs. The Aranbee Pop Symphony Orchestra "Bittersweet Symphony."

"To have a song in DJ Hero is a dream come true; to be a character someone can pick up the controller and select you and play is probably the biggest thing to happen to me in my career," said DJ Jazzy Jeff.

DJ Hero is expected to be released late 2009 and will be available on Xbox 360, PS3, PS2 and Nintendo Wii.
