Runes Of Magic: New Content Next Week

Frogster has announced a new mini game and weapons quest series is being added to the game next week in the large patch, “Secret of the Goblin Mine”.

Due for release on 28 July, the patch will contain the Goblin Mine game, which gives players 30 minutes to perform three tasks in an instanced cave filled with goblins and elementals. Players get one chance per day to complete the game and, if they succeed, they are rewarded with rare armour recipes and hand-crafted objects. There are two new titles up for grabs as well, one of them being “Goblin Hero”.

The epic weapon quest is one of the toughest content Frogster has added to RoM yet. These quests will require players and friends to be at their best, but the rewards are worth it, according to developers.

On top of those additions, the patch brings plants that players can have in their homes, which reward players with ore, wood and other goodies if they are properly looked after. See images of the new content, including the new weapons, below.
