Professor Layton Sequel Dated

Nintendo has dated Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box.

The sequel to excellent puzzle-'em-up Professor Layton and the Curious Village will hit European shelves on 25 September.

Also detailed are some of the new minigames included - the Camera, the Hamster, and the Tea Set.

The Camera must first be repaired by collecting mechanical parts, after which you can use it to take photos of "suspicious locations" and then work out the changes in the picture. So, a spot the difference, maybe?

The Hamster is a fat git who needs to be made healthier through your arranging items you've collected into an obstacle course. Placing each item has a different effect, so it's all about the right combination.

You can dump up to three ingredients into the Tea Pot. Not everything will actually taste alright, mind you, but if you get a decent combination then it'll have a use somewhere.

There'll also be a new puzzle via Wi-Fi every week, and a password from Curious Village will unlock another puzzle.

25 September, everyone. If you're not excited enough yet, check out our Nintendo Previews Round-Up to read up on our hands-on with this and many other games.
